Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson welcome their second child via surrogate

KhloΓ© Kardashian and Tristan Thompson's newest baby has arrived, People confirms.

Last month, it was revealed that Kardashian and Thompson were having a second child together. Exiles are already parents to 4-year-old daughter True Thompson.

The newest addition is a baby. A source told PEOPLE that Kardashian has yet to decide on a name for her son.

"We can confirm that True will have one sibling, who was born in November," a representative previously told PEOPLE.

"KhloΓ© is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We want to ask for kindness and privacy so Khloe can focus on her family."

Kardashian and Thompson began dating in 2016 and welcomed daughter True in 2018. They parted ways before reuniting in June 2021. Kardashian ended her romantic relationship with the player in January this year.

Thompson is also father to 5-year-old son Prince, with former Jordan Craig and 8-month-old son Theo, Marlee Nichols.

A rep for the Good American co-founder, 38, tells People that Kardashian and the NBA player, 31, -- who split in January -- welcomed their second child together via a surrogate.
