Angelina Jolie's daughter Zahara Spelman is attending college

Zahra Jolie-Pitt will be attending Spelman College in Atlanta, her mother shared over the weekend.

Jolie captioned a photo on her verified Instagram account, "Zahara with her Spellman sisters! Congratulations to all the new students who started this year." "A very special place and respect for a member of the family as a new Spellman Girl."

Spelman is a historically black liberal arts college for women that has many notable alumni including Pulitzer Prize-winning author Alice Walker and "The Cosby Show" star Keshia Knight Pulliam.

The campus of Morehouse College for Men is very close to Spelman. The nickname "Spellhouse" was created in recognition of their closeness and common occurrences.

Morehouse's verified Instagram account shared video of its "Spellhousela" event in which attendees attempted to show Jolie how to dance the "Electric Slide" before laughing and hugging her daughter.

In addition to Zahra, Jolie shares twins Vivienne and Knox, 14, Shiloh, 16, Pax, 18, and Maddox, 20, with ex-husband Brad Pitt.
