वरिष्ठ मंत्री के अनुसार लगभग दो महीने से राज्य में जातीय हिंसा से निपटने को लेकर आलोचना झेल रहे मणिपुर के मुख्यमंत्री बीरेन सिंह आज इस्तीफा देने की कगार पर आ खडे हुवे।
इन सब बातों को लेकर एन बीरेन सिंह इस्तीफा दे रहे थे किन्तु जनता का रूख देखते हुवे अपना इस्तीफा नहीं दिया, और मन को बदल लिया।
जनता का प्रदर्शन को देखते हुवे मुख्यमंत्री वापिस अपने निवास आ गये। प्रदर्शन करने वालो में सैकडो महिलाए पुरूष थे जो मानव श्रृंखला बनाये हुवे थे।
जनता नहीं चाहती कि मुख्यमंत्री इस्तीफा दे। इस्तीफा लेकर आते हुवे मंत्रीयो ने उनके आवास के बाहर इस्तीफे की प्रति फाड दी।
