Ratlam 27 October 2022 / In relation to the upcoming Madhya Pradesh Foundation Day on 1 November, preparations have been started in Ratlam district under the direction of Collector Shri Narendra Suryavanshi. During this, many events will take place throughout the week. Beneficiaries will be benefited under the public welfare schemes of the government. Other dignified programs will be organized in which there will be wide participation of public representatives, beneficiaries, citizens, officers, employees.
Responsibilities have been entrusted to various officers by Collector Shri Narendra Suryavanshi for organizing the Foundation Day on November 1 at the Police Parade Ground at the District Headquarters. The entire program will be completed under the supervision of Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Smt. Jamuna Bhide.
These include printing and distribution of invitation letter to SDM city Ratlam, Tents, lights, mike, furniture, meeting arrangements, cleanliness, cultural program to District Education Officer at the venue, Tehsildar Ratlam city to the Commissioner Municipal Corporation, complete hospitality arrangements at the venue. The security inspector has been entrusted with the responsibility of tying the flag, making proper arrangements and arranging parking at the venue to the CSP city.
