India has boycotted the Winter Olympics that started in Beijing, China, after the announcement of the Ministry of External Affairs, Prasar Bharati CEO Shashi Shekhar Vempati said that Doordarshan will not broadcast the opening and closing ceremony of the Beijing Winter Olympics.
