Donald Trump’s chief financial officer is expected to plead guilty to tax violations in a deal Thursday, according to a report published in New York.
Weiselberg has been accused of taking more than $17 million. Weiselberg is due to appear in court on Thursday.
Weiselberg, 75, could face up to five months in prison for serving at the infamous Rikers Island complex in New York City. Or they may even have to pay $2 million.
